9m Flexible Flue Liner Kit

Flexible flue liner kits are used to reline a chimney, normally a masonry or concrete built chimney.

A 9 meter length of 316 or 904 chimney liner is predominantly used when installing a stove in a standard two storey dwelling where the chimney is usually 8-9 meters in length.

Usually this stove is installed where a fireplace was previously situated because there is an existing clay chimney flue liner in place. The 9 meter flexible chimney liner flue kit is then used to reline this chimney.

What is in the kit?

You can choose various options to include with your 9 meters of flexi liner, including;
Standard 5″ or 6″ anti bird / anti rain cowls.
Pot hanging Anti Bird / Anti rain cowls in 5″ or 6″.
Adapters ranging in size from 5″, 6″ or 6″ – 5″.
5″ or 6″ Clamp Plates
And finally 316 or 904 grade flexible liner liner.

What is the difference between 316 or 904 grade stainless steel?
316 grade is designed for use primarily with timber and has a 25 year warranty
904 grade is the gold standard in flexible liner, has a 35 year warranty and can be used with timber, coal, smokeless and anthracite.

Installation:

We recommend you use an experienced stove fitter to install this flexible flue liner kit. If you would like to add some vermiculite to the order please click here. Alternatively, if your chimney shaft is wide, it may not be feasible to pack the liner with many bags of vermiculite, instead, you can use AGC thermal wrap which can be found here.
